ghost_light says it's national get on the scale day and i did and was happy as a chonky little clam. =D 

and the questions posed and questions answered:

1. What are you doing this week?

even our not busy weeks feel busy. we're putting up the stall for the new horse, getting the new horse, meal planning, grocery shopping, planner updating, celebrating the new year in some fashion or another, ordering shelves for kid's room, ordering a curio cabinet for the entry way, picking shelves for my office, going to ceramics (i think), and and and and.... :)

2. What are you reading?

right now, i'm reading the apparition phase and can't tell if i really like it or not. next on the list is the amazing adventures of kavalier & clay.

3. What is the worst movie you saw this year?

i think it would have to be truth or dare — the 2nd one — which was as full of cheese as a movie can be.

we're looking at the 4th for the day to pick up misty! i'm so so so excited i can barely stand it. i finally am getting a pony for christmas (other horses were not christmas time lovies), so am pretty chirked about that. =D

ponies are so exciting. :) and yeah, both are not very good. that's an understatement, but i watched them both from beginning to end, so they weren't SO horrible. just mostly horrible.
