On a Saturday.
WTF!

We got grocery shopping done, cleaned house, and I put tonight's dinner in the oven (diced chuck; chipolte y adobo sauce; onions; garlic) to cook low and slow. Later, I'll add a few vegetables to it and we can serve it over quinoa. Speaking of fancy grains, I saw a bag of teff and I became very HUH? because we feed teff to the horses (along with bermuda and some other hay). I don't know if it's the same stuff, but I kind of want to try it because, well, if it IS the same stuff, it would make me very happy. =D
In just a bit, I need to get ready to go down and play with horses for a few hours. Boo has a Chemaine lesson at 1, and I want to spend a little time with him before she gets going. I'm liking him more, but he's still too much horse for me. Oh, well. lol
The fires in California are devastating. :( Douchewad Trump blames it on us. People offer thoughts and prayers instead of actions. It's enough to make you hate people until you see all the people who offer thoughts and prayers and ACTIONS. We personally are helping a lady w/gas to go rescue horses as well as giving money to organizations helping shelter animals. Why animals and not people, you ask? Because as someone who has been through a long term evacuation, pet placement is harder to get a handle on than people placement.

Recently, my filter has been needing to get changed, because people are pulling nonsense shit and I don't want to be diplomatic nor polite. I need to take a breath and walk away, so I can regroup before I say things I will later regret. Or not regret.
