liminal_spaceTonight my trainer had to put down their Australian Shepherd, Havi. Her husband is out of state, spending time with his father who is in hospice.
The child sat with Havi while we waited for the vet to come over. Mister dug the grave. We all gave hugs and cried.

The sunset tonight was exquisite. Most sunsets where we live are, but this one was special. The day was ushered out in a spectacular fashion, and Havi followed along.
He'll be missed.
