i crack myself up

kids were being really good and quiet and hard working -- i interrupted to tell them i was proud of them (this is my knucklehead class). they all smiled and got back to work except two of my biggest knuckleheads who wanted to talk about why i was proud of them.

i told them to stop.

they asked why.

"because you're making it awkward."

i don't think i have mentioned it, but my trainer is the owner of a company that sells horse related items and she's "hired" me for web work and promotional stuff. i've already impressed her tremendously and she's reaching out to her distributor and someone else to get me work with them. o.O for her, i do work in trade for lessons. for the others, i would charge. =D her idea is to get me gigs with recurring money. or is it residual? i don't know. she wants me to quit work and play horses all the time. =D

i don't know if it will happen (i know it COULD, but i'm a scardy cat and have too many bills), but it's nice to think about the what-ifs.

we have a sweatshop going at school:

we are making 40 student shirts + 6 staff shirts for the disneyland trip next week. we have silhouette vinyl cutters going, shirt presses going, and it's taking forever. we have 6 days to make this happen....we can do it!

i hope. =D

I think it's great that you have "enlisted" the students. I see a great cottage industry coming up with you and horse.web.tv :)
